Description
As his swift and strong legs carry him across the plain, the hunter rises his spear and aims at the target. The beasts are fast and difficult to separate, but agility and experience gives the centaur an advantage.
I've wanted to make a proper centaur painting for quite a while, and I actually intended to finish this for April 16, which apparently is Draw A Centaur day. But I got a little carried away, and the painting turned out much bigger than originally planned, and I also spent a lot of time figuring out the anatomy. But here it is at last
I might go back and fix things later on, seeing as there certainly are things that could be improved, but I'll leave it as it is for now.

Never thought of a hunt going like this. I've always imagined centaurs being in battle but never on hunting trips. Now, with your help here, I can say that I know both. This scene is very well done in showing off its marvelous colors, passion, along with purpose. Excellent work, friend.
